We are a small family run business (husband and wife team with toddler in tow!) based in Sydney with our production kitchen in Ashfield. Our production kitchen is run to HACCAP standard and as we have just moved into our new premises, we are currently being HACCAP certified.

We are seriously passionate about what we do. This is our lifestyle, we live and breath it!! We love quality food, respect the environment and are conscious of walking softly on our planet.

We are actively involved in and support SMWS (Sydney metropolitan wildlife rescue) Animal Liberation NSW and the sustainable food movement in Sydney. What's green? We aim to be as green as possible composting all our biodegradable waste…free organic matter available for pickup for you green thumbs out there!!

What about Packaging? All our packaging where possible is either recyclable, biodegradable or reusable.

Building sustainable relationships. Our friends are our family and our family our friends. Our market friends have become family to us and we mutually benefit by trading goods between each other …its fun, no cash changes hands and you meet some very talented people! Want to trade with us? We swap bananas for brownies and coffee for cupcakes, even carpet cleaning for a celebration cake! Want to trade? We always need massages, plants, fruit and vege!! Feel free to ask us!

Our clients. We will strive to exceed expectations. You are important to us along with your dietary requirements. If you need something Gluten free, Dairy free, Egg free, Soy free, with no added sugar and or Nut free we have something for you.

Foodservice/Wholesale. All our products have been designed for you with shelf life in mind without adding any preservatives. Our products have been tested in certified scientific labs and have been found to have exceptional keeping qualities due to their low water content and no high risk ingredients. Our Funky Brownie was documented as being completely safe to be eaten after sitting at an ambient temperature of 21 deg c for three weeks and three months refrigerated, longer if frozen. You can’t argue with that.
