How much does delivery cost?
Flat rate $12 Australia wide (retail orders only).
We will decide on the best way of getting your precious goodies to you either post , courier or us personally delivering for you.
Where do you deliver?
We will do our best to get to you anywhere in Australia! This includes WA and NT.
Although our gift packs are stable in ambient conditions we often experience crazy temperatures that may affect our products. Cool dry conditions are the best for any chocolate products so this needs to be factored in. Especially in the height of Summer!
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Yes, if we post.
Courier needs a workplace or someone home to accept delivery.
How long does delivery take?
We are a husband and wife team, so do our best!
We love to exceed expectations so delivery is usually within 3-4 days for NSW, Victoria, Queensland and the ACT. South Australia might take 2-3 days.
We’ve had great experiences with Australia Post packages arriving at our customers doorstep in Perth within 3 days via Express Post! But we can’t guarantee this will always be the case.
Can I choose the delivery time?
Unfortunately, the courier company we use cannot specify delivery times. Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 8am – 5pm. Post you will get a tracking number.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we can provide you with the tracking number on request so you can track your parcel.
What are your refund and cancellation policies?
Please select your order carefully as refunds due to change of mind are not possible after dispatch. We also cannot be responsible for courier issues or post issues once item has left our premises. Extra insurance may be purchased if you are in a regional area. However, any product that is found to be spoilt or damaged by Addiction Food or the courier can be returned to the factory, unopened and unused, and a refund or exchange may be honoured on a case by case basis. Interstate delivery problems of this nature can be discussed by email or phone call.

Ingredients
All our products are gluten free, palm oil free, made with vegan ingredients and non GMO.
Sugar
Our Brownies and Truffles contain sugar and that’s why they taste amazing. We also make beautiful Bliss Balls, Glow Bars and Raw Bars that have no added or refined sugar.
Allergen Statement
Our facility adheres to strict food safety protocol.
We are a peanut free facility. We are a gluten free facility.
It is possible that certain allergens may be present in our products as some of our ingredients are sourced from facilities that may also process ingredients on the same lines that contain allergens such as milk and other tree nuts.
Palm Oil
We take very seriously the harm palm oil production is placing on our rainforests and animals that occupy the area in which palm oil is produced.
In our opinion there is no such thing as “sustainable palm oil”, so for this reason we are a palm oil free business.
